Get a jump on your New Year’s resolution! Learn how to integrate yoga into your running routine to improve stamina, alignment, balance, and core strength, all of which can reduce risk of injury and decrease recovery time between workouts. We will tackle ailments common among runners, and gain the tools to avoid these issues altogether.
This 90-minute workshop is suitable for runners and yoga students at every level. We will cap off the afternoon with freebies, raffles, and giveaways!
