Yoga, exercise and fitness is for everyone. If classes are not in your budget at this time contact studio. Arrangements can be made for membership. In Motion Yoga and fitness will trade services. The following services are needed: cleaning and janitorial, artistic ability, word-press knowledge, desk, phone and communication, editing, errand runner, professional services… etc, etc. If the profession is not listed than please contact the front desk for details.
