faq 1: What do I wear to a yoga or fitness class?
Answer 1: Wear something comfortable to move around in. Bare feet or socks for yoga and fitness classes. Shoes are required in some dance, those required will be listed in class description.
faq 2: What do I bring with me to class?
Answer 2: If you have a mat than bring one, otherwise you may rent ours for $1.00 or purchase your own for $20.00. We sell bottles of water and towel rental for $1.00
faq 3: I purchased a voucher, how do I redeem so I can come in for my first class?
faq 4:: This is my first group class, what classes on the schedule are good for beginners?
Answer 4: DO NOT feel intimidated, you are welcome to try out any class on the schedule and take that class to your level. Power may be something you would like to try at a more advanced level but we will not stop you. If you feel you are up for the task than have fun and practice safe. We also offer several Yoga Basics.
